Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join us in our Darwin, Cairns, Townsville, Rockhampton or Gladstone office. In this role you will work closely with the Regional Marketing Leader, our clients and the marketing team to assist with executing the Marketing and Business Development, event coordination and implementation of corporate initiatives for Northern Australia. 

You will be assisting and coordinating:

  • Marketing initiatives in consultation with our clients and marketing group and leadership team.
  • Organising client events and function and related promotional correspondence.
  • Pursuits and proposals including collateral development, graphic design, formatting and quality reviewing.
  • Writing and reviewing social media and internal articles, award submissions and marketing communication campaigns.
  • Delivering programs within budget ensuring compliance with the GHD marketing brand guidelines whilst maintaining strict confidentiality.

What you will bring to the team?

  • A degree in Marketing (or related degree) or 4 experience in a similar role
  • At least 2 years experience in event management, direct mail, contact management systems and list management.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to deliver multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
  • Be a team player with excellent communication and networking skills.
