  • Advisory - Results orientated, high level, elite business advisory and consultancy built around a credible, personal brand.
  • Education - World leading, entrepreneurial growth and development, transformational and educational programs for business owners with a proven track record.
  • Technology - Tech and platform based business in two sectors both requiring growth and attention.
  • Agriculture - Typically beef and mixed use properties in partnership with external investors.
  • Business Acquisitions and Business Development - Acquisition of businesses requiring a turnaround. Typically the owners have technical expertise, however untapped opportunities lay hidden in plain sight. Our group addresses that to grow the business significantly.
  • Property & Property Development - This is an emerging area that will expand in the coming years. 
  • A wide range of clients who need marketing support, including activations and campaigns.

About The Role  

We require a motivated marketing professional. This role will involve using your marketing expertise across our group of companies, clients and projects, as well as those to come and any of our other business and family interests as they arise.

This diverse and exciting role encompasses many aspects from strategy to execution, from brand management to collateral development, to online digital and social media management, client and prospect campaigns, engagement and more. 

Right now, you have a real opportunity to put your stamp on ALL marketing channels and opportunities.

Most importantly, the role has a dedicated focus on Lead Generation. You must love the game of generating leads across multiple channels to ensure the successful growth of the business. Our sales team is solid, our Lead Generation is wide open to be built as you see fit to generate results.

We are not utilising all the marketing platforms and opportunities available in the market today. There are untapped opportunities to add value, produce results and leads everywhere! 

Your ultimate objective is to drive business growth across the Group’s interests through successful brand positioning, marketing activities, well executed campaigns and working internally and externally via our partners to drive qualified Lead Generation.

You’ll be responsible for timely campaign and communications management nurturing our leads and clients and maximizing all marketing opportunities to drive leads, referrals and add value to our network.

A well thought out, comprehensive strategic approach and marketing and communications plan will be required. 

The ideal candidate will have the following demonstrated experience and a successful track record in: 

  • Marketing live and online events ideally, in the business advisory, personal and or professional development arena
  • Business to business marketing experience - our core audience are SME Business Owners & Entrepreneurs 
  • Direct response marketing - we believe in test and measure, benefit focused marketing and are focused on reasonable costs per lead and ROI from sales, ie. while the lower the cost the better, it just has to work ie convert!
  • Marketing strategy, through to execution and meeting or exceeding expected results
  • Digital and social Lead Generation and marketing across multiple platforms from Facebook, to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn, Google Ads etc.
  • Working with agency partners overseeing marketing campaigns and communications as well as sales outreach across multiple brands 
  • Driving business growth through successful Lead Generation, strong communications and brand positioning.
  • Reaching out and establishing strategic partnerships to drive growth as well as experience executing/launching those partnerships successfully.

The ideal candidate must have the following proven capabilities:

  • Ability to run multiple communication schedules at one time to prospects, leads and clients 
  • Confidence in executing and managing marketing activity across multiple social media platforms at one time, consistently
  • Strength in ability to produce online marketing collateral as required and can support offline collateral development with our designer
  • Ability to handle all aspects of brand management, marketing and communications planning, Lead Generation marketing, cross program client marketing, nurture campaigns etc. in-house and with our agency partners
  • Experience in value add content development and management such that you can oversee our content development projects with external partners as needed
  • Successful idea generation on how to improve marketing, drive cost effective reach, increase Lead Generation, ensure powerful brand positioning etc. and drive qualified leads into the Group
  • Develop successful presentations, webinars or other speaking events for the business or across the group of companies with Co-Founders or key team
  • Deliver and manage the overall marketing budget as well as manage specific campaign budgets, tracking all ROI
  • Deliver client/community networking events such as online webinars and or live events
  • Create a great working partnership with the sales team, statistical measurement and tracking of KPI’s and ROI
  • Demonstrate extremely strong planning skills to ensure successful management of all marketing requirements
  • While you will partner with a team of external professionals, some copywriting, design, digital agency and PR experience and or skills greatly appreciated.

About You:

  • Brisbane based with the ability to work flexibly as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (all standard computer programs required, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and others)
  • Experience using Infusionsoft ideal (we are transitioning to another platform as part of your hire)
  • Project management experience is key
  • Must present well and be able to represent the Founders and our brands to our strategic alliances and or with industry partners and suppliers
  • Ability to travel over weekdays & weekends across Australia & New Zealand if required
  • Driven person with a can do attitude, strong soft skills, ready to learn quickly on the job who can work autonomously and also be a great team player
  • Wanting responsibility, committed to growth both personally and across our business (i.e. open to personal development)
  • Personable, positive mindset, professional and solutions driven, must love people and be outcomes driven
  • A highly capable people person who relates to business owners and people from all walks of life 
  • Must have a bias towards achievement and performance, be reliable and punctual, trustworthy, diplomatic, flexible and results orientated
  • Must want to grow and develop over time.

About the offer

  • The salary offered will be based on experience level and nature of contract e.g. part time, full time (Indicative Only - $85,000 - $110,000 + Super )
  • Flexible working conditions.
