About the role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist the Stakeholder Engagement Team with various marketing and philanthropy administrative tasks.
As the Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include planning and executing campaigns, creating marketing collateral, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, you will arrange quotes, manage video projects, produce social media content, and handle basic graphic design tasks.
Other responsibilities will be:
- Conducting market research and analyse consumer rating reports and questionnaires
- Utilising marketing data analytics and success metrics to gather insights into campaigns and target audiences (social media, web analytics, SEO rankings, eDMs, etc.)
- Writing marketing literature including advertorial and news pieces and update the content and design of marketing materials (brochures, practitioner manuals, presentation decks, fact sheets, press releases etc) to enhance the company’s market presence
- Assisting in the organising of promotional and internal events, and in traditional or digital campaigns, attending them to facilitate their success
- Developing, composing, designing, and posting online content for the company’s website and social media accounts, as well as for the internal staff intranet, on behalf of stakeholders and service areas

Qualifications:
- University qualifications in Marketing, Business or communications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software and online application (CRM tools, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Mailchimp, Google Adwods, CMS’s, Canva, etc.)
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
