We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing person to lead the marketing efforts for Swings & Roundabouts. This is a part-time position (22.5 hours per week) based onsite between our two South West venues (Primarily Yallingup). We require a proactive individual with experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Responsible for:
- Coordinate and manage Swings & Roundabouts communications channels, including social media, website, third party sites and publications.
- Strategy Development in collaboration with senior management
- Be actively involved in our day to day marketing activities by working closely with our FOH teams
- Campaign management
- Social media management
- Partnership Development
- Customer engagement
- Work closely with our Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure consistency is maintained in relation to style, tone and brand in publications and communications.
- Manage, maintain and grow Swings & Roundabouts video and image library.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within the wine or tourism sector.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a knack for identifying opportunities to differentiate our brand in the market.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
