Marketing Manager - Infusion Therapy

• Products ranging across capital equipment, devices & consumables for Infusion therapy, Critical Care, Anaesthetics, ICU and Neonatal
• Successful business experiencing steady growth - new products launching in Infusion Therapy

Role Overview

• Due to extensive growth, seeking a Marketing Manager role to develop & deliver the launch of an exciting new Infusion Therapy range
• Develop, implement and manage marketing strategies with the goal to position this product range as a market leader
• Work closely with Exec Mgt, Marketing, Sales Mgt and Territory Managers to ensure strategies are being executed 
• Cultivate a positive, cooperative and successful team culture
• Conduct market & finance analysis. Evaluate the market for potential new products & technology
• Control business strategies for short and long-term business goals

Requirements

• MBA, Marketing or related degree 
• Must have 5+ years experience in a Senior Product Manager/Marketing Manager role
• Proven experience and success with product launches
• Infusion Therapy experience - will also consider Pain Mgt, Anaesthetics, Diagnostics, ICU or Oncology
• Medical Device Marketing experience is essential 
• Lives in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane 
• Australian Citizen
