St John Ambulance SA is a charity that has been supporting the wellbeing of South Australians for almost 140 years. We help tens of thousands of people across the state each year through the delivery of Event Health and Medical Services, first aid training and products, and social inclusion programs.
Within South Australia, St John engages more than 1,000 volunteers to support the community in the provision of Health and Medical Services and Community Care services. St John Ambulance SA also employs approximately 200 paid staff, located across the state.
OUR OPPORTUNITY
St John Ambulance SA is seeking an experienced Marketing Performance Analyst within our Lottery team to monitor data and trends in relation to marketing collateral, digital campaign implementation and coordination, administrative support and coordination of key Lottery activities.
This role will see you participate in maximising audience and engagement by preparing reports and producing insights and recommendations based relevant data and analytics. With the support of the lottery manager the role will also include creating reports and statistical analysis for senior management and stakeholders within the wider St John organisation.
Duties will include, but aren’t limited to:
- Processing and handling prize acquisitions for lottery programs
- Assist in planning and executing lottery department activities across campaign period
- Creating and maintaining campaign critical paths and GANT charts
- Tracking campaign performance across all internal and external channels
- Extract data sets from owned resources including website and related applications
- Manage digital content on internal resources including, but not limited to, lottery website, mobile platforms and digital channels
TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Qualifications in marketing or analytical fields will be highly regarded
- Possess highly developed analytical skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a diverse range of people
- Be a highly motivated individual who takes initiative to identify and seize opportunities
- Current South Australian Driver’s License
- Some out of hours work and intrastate travel may be required.
