The role of Marketing Segment Advisor is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, a digital centric mindset and the ability to create and own marketing strategies to drive prospects through the customer journey. You will focus on a range of marketing initiatives focused on driving acquisition conversion and retention, the role is an opportunity to work across all areas of marketing as part of a tight knit team with big ambitions.

Reporting to our Marketing and Brand Manager, the role involves supporting the growth of Benetas to achieve annual client and service growth targets. In particular, responsibility lies in ongoing development of responsive customer services, digital marketing, content marketing, sales campaigns and delivering the right tracking and analytics.
As a confident and proactive individual, you will be a self-starter dedicated to delivering high quality outcomes. With a strong understanding of marketing planning and campaign management, you will demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude and be highly motivated with a customer centric focus.

You will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or equivalent essential
- Intermediate to extensive marketing experience business to customer environment
- Writing and implementing segment marketing plans
- An understanding of advertising and creative strategy inclusion
- Experience in media buy and media schedule management
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience in campaign measurement against sales, market share or brand objectives
- Experience implementing digital campaigns and marketing automation is also preferred
