A strategic partner
- Responsible for implementing HR strategies, processes and systems across multiple geographies & business practices
- Drive the people development agenda in collaboration with senior business leaders
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to implement system, policy & process enhancements to improve employee experience
- Comply with country specific local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislative changes; enforcing adherence to requirements and implementing needed actions
- Lead the development, execution and measurement of business-wide Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to foster equity and belonging for all, focusing on a global perspective
- Provide input to business and HR decisions and Implement Wipro’s HR programs and policies, including compensation, benefits, learning and rewards
- Drive cadre building and manage career paths for campus and lateral hires
- Establish and implement learning & competency building frameworks in partnership with L&D partners
- Responsible for onboarding new senior leaders and employees joining through acquisitions
- Create programs and differentiated career paths to improve top talent retention
- Continually build bench strength of leadership talent at all levels by determining needs through bench-strength assessment and succession planning.
- lead career conversations, facilitate leadership connect and motivate employees through innovative employee engagement programs
- guide management and employee actions through HR policies, procedures, and guidelines; communicating and inspiring Wipro values
- accountable to implement HR & business priorities related to: talent management, employee engagement, compensation, health and wellness, learning and development, succession planning, employee relations and retention and legal compliance
- Develop and deliver a variety of development interventions and organization change strategies utilizing performance consulting skills in support of strategic plan and key initiatives
- Conceptualize and implement HR initiatives in line with business strategies, across multiple geographies
- drive system and process improvements by working closely with operations, CIO office, HRSS & Corporate HR teams
- be a change mentor for the HR team, business leaders & employees and implement innovative programs to create ‘future-ready’ business teams
- Identify development opportunities and coach company leaders in order to increase their managerial and leadership effectiveness
- Seek out opportunities to contribute to business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.

- Work experience in technology, consulting or professional services sector advantageous
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
- Post Graduate/Graduate in Human Resources or related fields.
- Relevant experience as HR business partner.
