POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Specialist at GreenBay Foods plays a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence particularly within the Arabic and Persian communities across Australia. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with these ethnic groups, leveraging knowledge and experience in running marketing campaigns in Persian or Arabic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ethnic Marketing Strategy: Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Arabic and Persian communities in Australia, aligning with the commitment to quality, sustainability, and organic products while respecting cultural sensitivities.
Content Creation: Creating culturally relevant and engaging content in Persian or Arabic for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and product descriptions. This includes crafting product descriptions that highlight the unique qualities of organic offerings in a culturally sensitive manner.
Community Engagement: Establishing and nurturing relationships within the Arabic and Persian communities, including influencers and community leaders, to effectively promote the brand.
Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts targeting Arabic and Persian audiences, creating content that resonates with these communities, including culturally significant celebrations and events.
Email Marketing: Developing and executing email marketing campaigns specifically designed to reach and engage the Arabic and Persian customer base. Crafting compelling email content that reflects cultural preferences and values.
Market Research: Conducting in-depth research to understand the preferences, traditions, and purchasing habits of the Arabic and Persian communities, utilizing this information to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' proven experience in marketing campaigns targeting Arabic or Persian audiences.
Strong knowledge of Arabic and/or Persian culture, language, and traditions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and/or Persian.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
