- Ensuring Master Data file updating and maintenance processes are effective, making improvements where required.
- Coordinate and follow through master file data maintenance requests to prevent unexpected impacts on Business Intelligence solutions, other enterprise system modules or operational processes.
- Analyse system data integrity reports and data processing issues communicated by users, promptly and proactively researching and resolving inconsistent or inaccurate master file details.
- Maintaining a clear understanding of enterprise master file relationships to related system files, business processes, and standard system generated reports.
- Extract, compile, and validate comparative master file details to ensure Simplot Australia business process and reporting objectives are not impaired by inconsistent or inaccurate data.
- You are confident with effective stakeholder communication skills and the ability to 'think on the run'.
- You will be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to complete high volumes of work within specified timeframes.
- Effective organising and planning skills are required while still being adaptable in dealing with changing situations.
- The ability to comprehend process mapping and understand what makes an effective process is important as well as the ability to improve processes.
- You hold the ability to analyse system data integrity reports and data processes to be able to promptly provide support to customers including one-on-one and group training.
- Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) or a similar system would be advantageous and a background in Accounting or similar, with tertiary qualifications in one of those disciplines is desirable.
- Advanced skills in Excel are essential.
