About the Opportunity Join the Swanson Industries team in Lambton as our Master Data Officer and provide data management, reporting services and facilitate the standardisation of data management services. Work for an industry leader Your Tasks Provide internal Master Data support for the business. Review and maintain the sales and purchase price books.

Analysis of inventory movements, forecasts, and safety stock levels. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of LN Item Master Data. Monitor KPIs and investigate non-conformances.

Review and implement document management systems. Participate in data management and migration projects, including recommending best practices. Proactively identify improvement opportunities to Master Data and inventory control systems and related processes.

About You You will have a passion for cleaning data!

You will also love extracting and manipulating data! Possess intermediate Excel skills including strong working knowledge of VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Ideally, a strong knowledge of ERP systems.

Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Organisational and prioritisation skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
