AddressPaspaley Pearling Company Pty Ltd are currently seeking Master V/ Master less than 24 metresNear Coastal ticket holders, also willing to work as part of the ship’s crew as a Deckhand.
This is a fantastic opportunity for highly dedicated, reliable, and motivated individuals to join a multifaceted family owned business that spans across Pearling, Retail, Pastoral and Properties.
Successful applicants will begin on a competitive casual day rate working in accordance with the season’s schedule.

What you need to succeed:
- A valid Master V ticket
- Be willing and able to work in a dual role (Deckhand / Master V)
- Be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency with full Australian work rights (working holiday visas and persons with temporary visas are encouraged to apply)
- Must be willing to relocate and base yourself in Broome WA or Darwin NT
- National police clearance or the ability to obtain
- Must be reliable, a good team player and willing to work on a flexible roster
- Experience working in remote areas and environments (highly desirable)
- Must be comfortable working at sea and living in shared close quarters
- A clear understanding of work, health and safety practices and procedures
