The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Maths lessons to students from Years 7-12, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities include planning and assessing curriculum, developing students' problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance educational outcomes. Strong communication skills and a passion for mathematics are essential. • Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligning with the curriculum.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and school initiatives.
• Uphold and integrate the schools values and teachings within the educational framework.

Skills & Experience:

• Completed relevant Qualifications in Education
• Maintain a valid and up-to-date VIT registration
• Have unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Demonstrate previous experience as a Maths Teacher- Graduates are welcome to apply too!
• Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references from within the last 5 years (student-teacher mentors are acceptable).
