Australian Labour Solutions are looking for suitably qualified and experienced HC/MC drivers for ongoing casual driving roles . These are Casual positions on higher hourly rates.
As a HC/MC Driver, you will be the face of our client's company and have outstanding driving skills and a strong customer-service focus. You will be working in a time-critical and fast-paced environment whilst adhering to all safety practices.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting pre-starts on trucks and completion of all required paperwork
- Transporting a high amount of freight with pick-ups and deliveries
- Transporting Containerised freight to and from multiple Kewdale locations and onto client sites
- Following all OH&S regulations and furthering the safety culture both onsite and at customer sites
- Covering direct runs to various NW and SW regional
Successful candidates will have:
- Current and unrestricted HC or MC licence with recent0 driving experience.
- DG licence
- Excellent semi driving skills and the ability to operate in confined spaces and back into customer sites safely and efficiently
- Current Commercial Vehicle Drivers Medical for MC drivers.
- Fatigue Management Certificate - obtained from Worksafe WA
- Excellent knowledge of Perth metro roads is essential
- Reliability and flexibility for on call/casual shifts)
- A responsible driving history on resume and two contactable references
