Role Overview: We are looking for experienced and committed 
MC Road Train Operators to join our mine-site operations in the Pilbara, WA. This is a long-term renewable contract with over 12 months of projected haulage.  As an MC Road Train Operator in our team, you will be responsible for safe and efficient ore transportation, and your expertise in Quad Road Train operations will be highly valued.

Hourly Rate:

• $55.00 per hour + super
• Super on ALL HOURS

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MC Road Train combinations for iron ore transportation.
• Work a flexible FIFO Roster (2/1, 3/1, 4/1, 4/2 rosters available)
• Work 12 hour days
• Route consists of Wiluna > Sandstone & Geraldton > Sandstone
• Operate 2022/2023 Kenworth Trucks
• New camp facilities at end of each route with chef prepared meals, private rooms and gym facilities
• 12-14 hour driving routes
   
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe and healthy working environment.
• Complete daily haulage from the project site to transfer shed in Geraldton (approximately 700kms).
• Refuel the vehicle and maintain required documentation.
• Depending on scheduling, you may work on a 2:1 roster or Day/Night shifts.

Requirements:

• MC Class Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Side Tipper Experience
• Road Train Experience
• Proficiency in fatigue management strategies.
• Ability to perform minor repairs on the road (e.g., change tires, fix air lines, replace light bulbs).
• Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and shift arrangements.
• Pre-employment physical medical and drug & alcohol screening.
