Pilbara Cement Supplies is a WA family-owned and operated business. We specialise in delivering dry bulk cement and lime products in pneumatic tankers throughout Western Australia. Our workforce delivers to some of the most remote mining operations in WA - going to places like Granny Smith, Nova and Tropicana. We also have local work around Kalgoorlie area, Fimiston, St Ives and Carouse Dam
Qualifications & experience
Applicants must hold a current, unrestricted MC driver's licence; along with
- A current national police clearance
- A current Commercial Drivers Medical
- An online WorkSafe driver fatigue certificate (WA)
- The necessary experience in safely operating multi-combinations, including reversing
- A minimum of two references on resume applications
Applicants are preferred to have experience in loading and unloading dry bulk pressure vessels. However, training will be given to applicants who wish to learn.
Applicants must be willing to undergo and pass a full pre-employment medical.
Tasks & responsibilities
We are looking for full-time drivers to help deliver cement and lime dry powder to a range of mine sites throughout the Goldfields and beyond. The role will be based out of our Kalgoorlie depot. Perth based drivers will be considered if willing to work many out if Kalgoorlie.
Transferable skills
Have you transported milk, flour, wine, fuel or gas? Those tanker skills are directly related to cement and lime and we offer end-to-end training for all aspects of our niche transport segment.
Have you been working as a Tanker Driver but would like a change of scenery? PCS drivers get to enjoy open country roads, away from traffic and the city.
