We have exciting opportunities for multiple highly skilled Diesel Fitters to work with a newly installed fleet of 100% Caterpillar equipment! Start something BIG and join our team at McArthur River Mine, a zinc and lead mine site located south-east of Darwin near the Gulf of Carpentaria!

Reporting to a Hastings Deering led team of CAT professionals, you will work with 40 units of brand-new equipment comprising of Large HMS 6060 & 6040 excavators along with Large Mining equipment including 793D, 995, 992, D11 and D10 models.

We are offering multiple 7 on 7 off or 2 on 2 off rotating day/night rosters based out of Darwin.

As a Diesel Fitter at MRM, you will:

• Provide breakdown, diagnostic and warranty support for the CAT product
  
• Complete scheduled servicing, repairs and general labour hire requirement
  
• Minimise production downtime by prioritising work to the required timeframes
  
• Work with 100% Caterpillar newly installed fleet and focus on increasing equipment performance

About You
A successful teammate will have:

• Relevant Trade qualification
  
• Demonstrated experience on CAT heavy machinery and use of CAT diagnostic systems
