- Knife hand duties as directed by supervisors.
- Preparing carcasses for further processing.
- Cut sides and quarters into primal meat cuts.
- Deboning duties.
- Carry out high standards of hygiene practices and willingness to follow instructions.
- Performing other duties as directed supervisor.
