We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering principles and a passion for designing and optimizing systems for maximum efficiency and performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the development of innovative filtration solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Testing, and validation processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness to increase efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. This may involve redesigning components or entire systems to streamline production.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Estimate project costs including materials, labour, and equipment.
- Accessing ongoing issues onsite and proposing solutions based on available resources and budget constraints.
- Identifying and solving problems that arise during the manufacturing, installation, or maintenance and operation of mechanical systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and parts lists in order to design and troubleshoot systems effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct engineering calculations and simulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
The role offers a remuneration package ranging $$75000- $80000k per year plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
