They cater for a diverse range of industries including Mining, Quarries, Concrete, Cement and Ashphalt.

Our client is seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to complete site work across metropolitan Adelaide. If you're experienced in heavy industrial environments and fixed plant maintenance, this is your golden opportunity. You will be responsible for fixed plant maintenance which includes but not limited to conveyors, shoots, commissioning and breakdown repair. You must have the ability ito work with a diverse range of equipment interpret drawings.
This opportunity offers flexibility to work across multiple sites within Adelaide to develop your skills and the experience to work shutdowns when they arise which can be regional SA or interstate. The successful applicants will need to be willing to work long days and to work in the Adelaide workshop (based in Edinburgh) in quiet periods.
What We Require
- Certificate III in Engineering (Fitting)
- Australian working rights
- Fixed plant maintenance experience (ideal but not essential)
- Willingness to work up to 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to undergo medical and drug/alcohol testing
- Driver's license and access to your own vehicle
- Confined Space (within 2 years)
- Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- White Card
- High Risk ticket is highly desirable (ideally EWP, DG or rigging)
