The Role
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Fitter / Parts Inspector to join our team working FIFO/DIDO across various sites.
You will be responsible for inspecting fixed plant critical spare parts and ensuring they are maintained and preserved correctly for long term storage.
This will be on a Monday to Thursday (4/3 roster), rotating between sites as per below.
Kwinana location (DIDO) - 2 weeks
Kalgoorlie location (FIFO) - 2 weeks
Skills/Experience
- Maintenance and Parts Interpretation experience (advantageous)
- Diverse non-warehousing/preservation/mining experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills both at written and verbal levels
- Strong administrative, online meetings and computing skills
- System Operating experience (desirable)
- SAP Knowledge (desirable)
- Verification of competency for forklift licenses (to be obtained upon commencement)
Qualifications
- Forklift License (LF mandatory)
- Heavy Vehicle License (desirable but not mandatory)
- Relevant Trade Certificate or Degree
- Driver's License (C-Class)
