Mechanical Leading Hand

Engineering Trades Australia is a progressive West Australian Labour Hire organisation, that specialises purely in the Fabrication and Engineering Industry.

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Leading Hand/Supervisor for a gold mine processing facility located outside of Kalgoorlie.
  
  
Roster: 8:6 Day shift only
Rate: first 3 months on a casual rate to move into a full-time opportunity on salary.
Salary:  $163-168k + superannuation + BONSUES performance based 

Job role: Supervision of up to 4 trades people on a gold processing plant. Small tight knit team to manage, great for career progression with a gold owner operator. 
Experience: 

• 5+ years in a supervision role
• Crushers, Mills, Pumps, Conveyors
• Strong Mechanical knowledge

Requirements:   

• Australian Mechanical / Fabrication Trade Certificate
• Gold processing experience 
• ENERGETIC, safety conscious, Can-do Attitude!! 
• Police Clearance within 12 months or willing to obtain
• Working at Heights & Confined Spaces 
• Valid Driver License
• Full working rights in Australia
