Ryde Automotive Group: RYDE Mazda, Subaru & Kia are well established businesses, located in Gladesville is seeking a APPRENTICE MECHANIC with an eye for detail to join our mechanical team.

About you:
We are a busy workshop with a great team of mechanics behind us. Due to significant growth especially in car repairs, we need to employ more staff to keep up with our customer demand.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in the automotive industry
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary quality service
- Punctual with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- You will be allocating jobs and effectively managing the workflow in the workshop.
- Providing technical training to all team members (specifically apprentices) along with attending to customer enquiries.
- Managing workshop efficiencies and productivity in accordance with set KPI's.
- Conduct final road test (Quality Control) when requested.
- Contribute to the financial and operational performance of the workshop as well as maintain the highest standard of workmanship.
About your expierence:
- Previous experience in a similar role (Candidates with foreman, controlling or master tech experience will be highly regarded).
- Strong product and technical knowledge
- Passion for customer service
- Required trade qualifications (Motor Mechanic)
- Current NSW driver's license
- Ability to drive manual and automatic
