 About The Role:

• Part Time - Permanent position (20 to 25 hours per week) 
• Accounts Receivable Department
• Answering a high volume of calls and assisting patients with their medical account enquiries
• Timely and accurate processing of payments
• Liaising with Medicare / DVA and Private Health Funds
• Generating accounts and associated reports
• Investigation and follow up of outstanding aged accounts
• Reception cover

Selection Criteria:

1. Previous experience in accounts receivable and/or health care industry would be highly advantageous
2. A keen eye for detail and exceptional accuracy 
3. Diverse general administrative/office skills and experience
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
5. The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment as well as autonomously 
6. An understanding of quality control techniques 
7. A commitment to service excellence
8. Must be able to live and work permanently in Australia at the time of application
9. Must be willing to be vaccinated against COVID-19 should it be required.
