About The Role:
- Part Time - Permanent position (20 to 25 hours per week)
- Accounts Receivable Department
- Answering a high volume of calls and assisting patients with their medical account enquiries
- Timely and accurate processing of payments
- Liaising with Medicare / DVA and Private Health Funds
- Generating accounts and associated reports
- Investigation and follow up of outstanding aged accounts
- Reception cover
Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable and/or health care industry would be highly advantageous
- A keen eye for detail and exceptional accuracy
- Diverse general administrative/office skills and experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment as well as autonomously
- An understanding of quality control techniques
- A commitment to service excellence
- Must be able to live and work permanently in Australia at the time of application
- Must be willing to be vaccinated against COVID-19 should it be required.
