- Ensure a high standard of patient care is provided at all times
- Ensure high quality images are produced at all times
- Work efficiently in rooms as rostered to ensure smooth operation of the service
- Ensure safety is maintained for self, persons in your care and the department equipment
- Ensure all cases you perform are recorded accurately on RIS/PACs
- Advise supervisors when in need of technical support or equipment breakdowns
- Strong technical skill set enabling you to work efficiently and independently
- Advanced skills in CT with MRI and/or mammography highly regarded
- Demonstrated commitment and interest in radiography
- Ability and commitment to follow our standards of excellence in imaging.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Current Victorian Radiation User licence.
- Current Police check and valid Employee Working with Children card.

About Monash Imaging
Monash Imaging is Victoria’s largest public radiology provider dedicated to providing patient focussed services to the people of South East Melbourne and surrounding communities. Monash Imaging has hospital sites at Clayton (including Monash Children’s), Dandenong, Moorabbin, Casey, Kingston and two Dental Imaging practices. Included at these sites are a full range of modalities including MRI, PET/CT, X-ray, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, Mammography, CT, Interventional Angiography, Nuclear Medicine and Bone Densitometry.
About the Role
The Grade 1 MIT will be rostered through general radiography, including mobiles, theatre, fluoroscopy, mammography and CT. Training will be provided as operationally required for the successful applicant. You will ensure that a high quality of patient care is provided at all times in line with the Monash Health iCare values.
