The role is a rostered shift work role, providing imaging services to the outpatients, inpatients and emergency department patients. Those seeking permanent weekend, afternoon and night shifts may also apply.A Day in the LifeWe guarantee that no two days will be the same. In this important role, you will:

• Be a member of the Imaging team at Monash Health at Clayton including the VHH.
• Perform high quality imaging at all times in those modalities you are trained in. Further training will be provided where required.
• Demonstrate superior technical skills in acquisitions and image post processing
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and supervisory skills
• Demonstrate a high degree of motivation, commitment and teamwork

What You BringWorking closely with radiologists, cardiologists, nurses, MITs and cardiac technicians you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:

• Demonstrate superior technical skills in acquisitions and image post processing
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and supervisory skills
• Demonstrate a high degree of motivation, commitment, and teamwork

What you need:

• Minimum 1 year post qualification experience as an MIT
• Competency in at least two modalities
• Current AHPRA registration as a medical radiation practitioner
• Current Victorian radiation use licence
