Medical Kit Assembler

Full time permanent opportunity - Monday to Friday with overtime available (including an 8% bonus & OT loading), based in Melbourne. 

When a patient requires orthopaedic surgery, a medical device loan set containing instruments and implants is required to conduct the procedure. These loan sets, with several equipment pieces, are assembled, and inspected by our team, before heading out of our warehouse to the surgeon’s operating theatre. 

About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Support Specialist, the Loan Set Representative will:

• Receive & confirm customer bookings
• Picking, packing and building Medical Kits for customer orders
• Dispatching & receiving Medical Kits for customer orders 
• Replenishing & tracking Medical Kit inventory on computer software
• Processing orders & invoicing 

About You

• Applicants MUST be eligible to live and work in Australia
• Genuine passion and interest working within the medical industry
• Previous experience in Medical Devices Loan Sets/ Sterilisation Techniques or Hospitality highly regarded but not essential 
• SAP, RF Scanning/Barcoding experience will be advantageous
• Process-orientated, ability to problem solve, with high attention to detail
• Team player with excellent customer service, communication, and organisation skills
• Available to do overtime and weekends during busy period
