We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our busy, privately owned clinic in Woodridge and if required to cover shifts at our Kangaroo Point Clinic.

Best Practice experience preferred. 

This is a casual position between 2-3 days a week, plus we also need you to be available to cover sick leave & holiday leave as required at both clinics. 

We are open Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm.

If you are someone with excellent communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet, and can work alone and yet be a team player. 

Duties include answering phones, booking patient appointments, greeting patients on arrival & checking their information on file is correct, scanning & faxing medical documentation, checking emails & attending to Doctor’s needs etc
