About the opportunity

This field based role will also be crucial in leading and managing the field-based MSL team. You will coordinate, supervise, and support MSL activities, ensuring alignment with the medical strategy and operational plans. Reporting directly to the Medical Director, you will work closely with international and regional stakeholders, driving the execution of medical initiatives and insight generation. Your leadership will impact the business by fostering high-performance and continuous improvement within the MSL team.
 
 
Duties
 

• Lead and manage the MSL team, fostering a culture of high performance, development, continuous improvement, and ethical standards
• Build relationships with KOLs in line with medical strategy and KOL management plans
• Training of internal teams to respond to medical enquiries from a range of HCPs
• Input into the review of internal SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance and consideration of operational processes

 
 
Skills and Experience

• MD, PhD or MSc or other appropriate tertiary qualification in life science
• Must have proven experience in successfully leading and managing a team of field-based MSLs/Scientific professionals
• At least 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Previous MSL experience
• Ability to have discussions with field experts at their level
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
