The Medical Workforce Officer is responsible for the provision of recruitment support and advice relating to medical officer recruitment and credentialing.
Reporting to the Manager Medical Workforce the role involves complex transactional work managing the credentialing and and employment checks in line with various medical officer recruitment and appointment policies.
There is responsibility for the recruitment process from ensuring approval and advertising through to contract generation and onboarding under a a variety of employment contracts and appointments for Senior Medical and Dental Officers and Medical Locum Officers in the Murrumbidgee Local Health District.
