Medium and Heavy Rigid Drivers

Randstad are currently recruiting Medium & Heavy Rigid drivers for work in Launceston and the greater area. The duties include but are not limited to:Operating medium / Heavy Rigid trucksTaking receipt and delivering cargoCompleting all required documentation including log books and time-sheetsManual handling duties where requiredUndertaking basic truck inspectionsWhat you needRecent truck driving experience such as MR driver, HR Truck Driver or Delivery Driver and a clean driving record. A minimum of 12 months operating experience in your license class. You will need to be safety focused, with a high level of physical fitness and willingness to perform manual labour when required.Current Heavy Vehicle licence (HR or MR)Forklift licence (desirable but not essentialLoad restraint and gating/strapping experienceAn aptitude for mechanics.As part of the recruitment process you will be required to undertake the following:Urine based drug and alcohol screenPre Employment AssessmentPolice CheckIf you are suited to these roles, please apply now.
