Member Concierge – Clifford Gardens

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated, reliable, positive customer service professionals with skills and experience to join our Member and Community Retail Stores. The purpose of this role is to create exceptional customer service experiences for our members at their first point of contact. 

  • Rate at commencement is $29.69 per hour + super
  • Part-Time permanent, 25 hours per week, 9am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. 

You will play an integral role in deepening RACQ’s relationship with Members by:

  • Engaging members in conversation to build rapport.
  • Actively listening to members, seeking to understand the reason for their visit
  • Match and direct members with an appropriate consultant, whilst setting expectations
  • Creating memorable experiences for members by showing empathy and supporting them in important life moments
  • We provide training with ongoing support to set you up for success!

About you

  • An engaging communication style with active listening and proven ability to engage our members
  • Customer Service experience in a retail or similar customer focused environment
  • A resilient team player who is committed, reliable and has a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail, with basic computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Second language desirable
