Salary- Grow the membership of Master Builders NT, member relations and retention of MBNT members. Work with the CEO on membership acquisition strategies.
- Develop and implement Member Engagement plans and strategies.
- Oversee the MBNT member benefits suite.
- Business development and account management to connect members with MBNT services and products in line with their needs or potential needs.
- Oversee the judging of the EBC Awards and associated processes including submission to the National Awards.
