About the opportunity?

You will join Territory Health Fund / HBF as a Part Time Member Relationship Consultant representing Territory Health Fund / HBF in the moments that matter to our members. This role operates within the Territory Health Fund Kiosk, situated in the Gateway Shopping Centre at Yarrawonga, as the first point of contact for member queries through channels such as face to face, phone, email, or online.    

Fixed PART TIME office hours on a rotating fortnightly basis of 9am – 5pm. 

Week 1 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday

Additional overtime opportunities to relieve the other team member for planned and unplanned leave at overtime rates.  Please note, may be required to work some weekends and full-time hours for up to 2 weeks with notice in order to provide coverage.

You will undertake sales of Health Fund products and provide face to face service to our members which may include handling policy and product enquiries, handling claim conversations and submissions, complaints resolution and making membership changes.  You may also be required to assist in external events to promote the Health Fund.

We are seeking individuals with a strong customer service focus preferable in retail sales. You will need to have solid computer literacy skills, and the ability to be adaptable and resilient – no one conversation is the same and can be challenging!

Don’t worry though, we don’t expect you to jump straight in. If successful, you will undertake fun and dynamic, fully paid training program provided over the first 6 weeks of your employment to give you the tools you need to start helping our members the Territory Health Fund / HBF way.
