Job description

Business Development & Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Drive membership growth within the non-for-profit sector by strategically identifying potential members.
  • Leverage the strong foundation of existing relationships and develop new partnerships with aged care facilities and other non-for-profits.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations to showcase the benefits and savings of membership.

Member Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing members, ensuring their needs are met and they are gaining maximum benefits from their memberships.
  • Work closely with members to understand their purchasing needs and align them with the services offered by CCI.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends within the non-for-profit sector, particularly in aged care, to effectively adjust sales strategies.
  • Keep abreast of competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Collaborate with an internal administrative support team to manage backend operations, allowing for more efficient focus on business development activities.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management for all sales activities and member interactions.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges and effectively solve problems to improve service delivery and member satisfaction.

  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial principles relevant to group purchasing, cost savings, and budget management.

  • Project Management: Skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time and within budget.

  • Leadership and Team Collaboration: Capable of leading initiatives and working collaboratively with various internal teams to achieve business goals.
