We are currently seeking Member Service Advisors to join our dynamic team working in our Macleay Valley Branches (Kempsey and South West Rocks).
About the role
You will be;
- The first point of contact for all our members and responsible for delivering an exceptional in-branch service experience, promoting the financial products and services of Coastline.
- Adding value for our members by tailoring a solution to their banking and lifestyle needs. If you feel you can build genuine relationships with members and you're passionate and energetic about delivering an exceptional customer service experience and achieving sales, we'd love to hear from you.
- Personally driven to achieve sales and service success by achieving your KPI's/targets.
- Supporting our marketing team to deliver in branch community initiatives including our Local Spotlight display.
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with our local community groups through regular contact and communication.
What you need to succeed
The successful applicant;
- Will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a desire to make a difference by helping customers manage their money.
- Will be a motivated team player who enjoys working with people and is personally driven to achieve sales success by reaching targets.
- Will understand the value of developing and maintaining involvement in our local community.
- May have experience in financial services. This experience is not essential but will be highly regarded.
- Will be prepared to obtain ASIC Tier II Statement of Attainment within 3 months (if not already held).
