The Club boasts a first-class range of dining, event, social and leisure facilities in the heart of the CBD including the heritage Members’ Bar and Dining Room; a Function Centre catering for up to 300 guests; Accommodation rooms; a Business Centre with multiple workspaces for Members, and a new contemporary dining precinct within the Club which brings a new vibrancy to our dining offering.
Our 2-level Health and Wellness Centre (including a 25-metre indoor heated swimming pool) is currently undergoing major renovations and promises to provide a world-class premium offering exclusive to our Members.

The last couple of years have seen the Health & Wellness Centre become a key driver in both club membership growth and member retention. As a result, the Club is looking at ways to modernise and expand the offering within the Health & Wellness Centre.
We are looking for an experienced casual Member Services Agent to join our Health and Wellness team. The purpose of the role is to provide Health and Wellness members and visitors one point of contact for all enquires to a standard in line with the overall 5-star Tattersall’s experience. As the key point of contact, the role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the workplace. This role requires a strong focus on hospitality, communication and administration skills.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- To deliver exceptional service and be the first point of contact for Members and their guests via phone, email, and face-to-face interaction.
- Deliver a seamless service to existing Members and guests - our processes are important in helping us deliver a consistent guest experience..
- Delivering operational support to the Health and Wellness team.
- Ensure cleanliness of change rooms, steam, sauna areas and pool surrounds of our pools and spas
- Undertake basic Reception tasks such as managing office inventory, order supplies, and ensuring Reception area is presentable.
- The role would require working early mornings/evenings/weekends
Key Capabilities
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or in a service role within the fitness industry (desirable)
- Fitness industry knowledge that is current and on-trend
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail
