Job description

Panthers Penrith have an exciting and rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer service focused individual to join our Membership team on a part time permanent basis.

As an integral member of our membership team, you will be tasked with meeting and greeting our members on a daily basis, providing regular information about what's on at our great club, actively promoting our Panthers Rewards program and ensuring the high standard of member services at all times.

The Main Duties and Responsibilities of this position will include, however are not limited to:

  • Actively and efficiently promote and communicate the Panthers Rewards program to all members and their guests;
  • Meeting, greeting and signing in all patrons entering the club;
  • Ensure that all enquiries from members and their guests are attended to in an efficient, timely and polite manner;
  • Ensure the efficient processing of Panthers Rewards point redemptions including the active assistance to members at the kiosk terminals;
  • Accurately enter membership database ensuring data is error free at point of entry
  • Ensure all staff are informed of changes to Panthers Rewards procedures, upcoming promotions and club activities;
  • Provide administrative services to guests wishing to become members and;
  • General Administration duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:

  • A positive, friendly and can do attitude;
  • Exceptional standard of personal grooming;
  • Excellent communication skills both face to face and written;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Intermediate computer skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and;
  • Current RSA and RCG competency card

You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available 24/7 to work as required including nights, weekends and public holidays.
