Premium Health is a Registered Training Organisation committed to our mission to deliver quality training to those giving care. We are a premium first aid, health care, Mental Health, and high intensity support skills training provider; delivering quality health outcomes Australia wide for over 35 years. We are defined by our core values. Integrity. Care. Quality. Teamwork. Respect.
COVID-19 has compelled people to really think about what they want in life, and what their work-life balance means to them. As an employer Premium Health is committed to that balance which recognises the need for flexible hours and working conditions/arrangements, the importance of job security, attractive salary and finally good working relationships.
We believe supporting Mental Health in the workplace involves more than focusing on illness and reactive (crisis) interventions. Our custom designed suite of Mental Health and wellbeing programs provide a holistic and integrated response to Workplace Mental Health. We empower participants to be proactive in strengthening their own Mental Health, practice resilience and stay well at work. We also enable managers and organisational leadership to promote workplace wellbeing and create healthier, safer work environments.
