We are on the lookout for kind, compassionate experienced female therapeutic, Mental Health & psycho-social Support Workers to join our team working with people with Mental Health challenges.
You will be working directly with complex trauma, psycho-social challenges and learning difficulties. Your flexibility across a 24/7 roster will help provide consistent, holistic support for individuals to build their capacity and achieve their goals. Sleep over shifts are a requirement of this role.

Skills and Experience
- Certificate IV in Community Service/Disability Services or equivalent qualification with equivalent experience in the disability or Mental Health, OOHC sectors
- A responsible attitude and strong rapport building skills – strong skills in maintaining positive, dignified and respectful relationships with participants, their families and other health and Support Workers
- Ability to use clear and concise language in verbal communication and set clear boundaries
- Demonstrated ability to calmly de-escalate emotive situations
- Ability to apply understanding of ‘duty of care’ to delivering support services and escalate issues when required
- Demonstrated ability to write and maintain accurate written records and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
