Penrith Panthers Rugby League are seeking enthusiasticand dedicated sales assistants to join their friendly Merchandiseteam.

We have an exciting opportunity available for energetic andpassionate individuals to become Retail Sales Assistants in ourbusy Panthers Rugby League Merchandise store. You will be anexceptional team player with a welcoming smile and will thrive tomake sure our customers are the number one priority. You willactively promote Panthers Rugby League Merchandise and assistcustomers with their purchases. You will engage customers with yourenthusiasm and passion for your products, and will maintain highlevels of customer service at all times.

Sales Assistants will enjoy various duties includingbut not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service to our customers;
• Meeting daily sales targets and upselling where possible;
• Use safe manual handling techniques to assist whereneeded;
• Selling merchandise, cash handling and processing transactionsthrough the register;
• Assisting with general customer enquiries and onlineorders;
• Processing Rugby League memberships;
• Maintaining store presentation and;
• General shop and cleaning duties.

The successful candidate for this role will possess thefollowing:

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills;
• At least 1-2 years' experience in a customer service positionpreferably in the retail industry;
• A history of accurate cash handling is essential;
• Ability to provide accurate service in a timely manner tocustomers;
• Possess strong attention to detail and;
• Ability and initiative to work efficiently and pro-actively,either autonomously or in a team.

You will have a positive, outgoing and energetic approach towork and be exceptionally well groomed at all times. Youwill need to be available to work as required including nights,weekends, public holidays and Panthers home games.
