Communication with internal and external stakeholders Two vacancies available Shift 1 – 24 hours per week Sunday Thursday 5am 9am/11am Shift 2 – 24 hours per week Tuesday Saturday 6am 11am Remote opportunity – working from the comforts of your own home, whilst still being part of a collaborative team. The primary purpose of this position is to support the Field Sales Team, assisting with the coordination, administration, and communication of all workforce planning for our Merchandising team nationally. You will be responsible for ensuring the coordination and execution of timely and efficient leave coverage including sick leave, last minute coverage and planned annual leave coverage. You will communicate regularly with the Field Team and where required, liaise with stores regarding labour needs and coverage. This includes supporting the Field Services team with direct labour and agency management, rostering requirements nationally.
