About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and driven Merchandiser to service the Southern and Western suburbs of Brisbane (including Toowoomba), working 4 days per week.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing your territory, ensuring the development and achievement of agreed objectives, focusing on merchandising to a high standard within pharmacies based on an agreed call plan.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Executing all head office organised promotional activity as a priority
• Maximising promotional effectiveness in store – i.e. window displays, in-store displays, bin displays
• Timely communication regarding: non-compliance/weekly reports/hours worked/price surveys
• Ensure price points are placed on all off-location displays
• Accurately executing Plan-o-grams & maintaining existing shelf/space facings

• Merchandising experience
• Basic IT skills to generate reports to management
• The ability to understand what the customer wants
• The ability to work well in a team
• To be well organised and good at planning
• Good verbal communication skills
