About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Merchandiser with sales experience in both Chains & Independents Grocery stores to represent our multiple iconic Australian brands.
You will be travelling around Newcastle and its surrounding areas for around 15- 20 hours a week minimum. There will also be Layout work on top of this. Regional visits are a requirement.
You will be representing our clients in both Independent and Chains grocery stores along with pharmacy, automotive and hardware outlets.
Key responsibilities:
- Activating in store promotions by using provided display material.
- Providing retailers with increased awareness and product knowledge.
- Managing and building relationships with a client base of grocery retailers.
- Timely and accurate reporting.
- The ability to work under pressure, to organise and multi-task activities.
Experience and Requirements:
- A reliable car is required - KM allowance is also given to cover travel cost and accommodation costs will also be covered if required.
- A smart phone ie iPhone or Android
- Merchandising/Sales Experience
