What will your typical day look like?  
Get world-class on-the-job training from our global network for M&A professionals and specialise in providing valuations and key valuation advisory services as we help our clients navigate the often complex journey of M&A.
In the Valuations team, you will make a significant contribution to a key facet across the M&A lifecycle, undertaking valuations for advisory and regulatory purposes. This includes pre-transaction advice, being part of a deal process and post-transaction analysis. You will help clients make informed business and investment decisions by quantifying and articulating value and key value issues and advice across public and private businesses for transaction, financing and strategic management purposes. You are someone with: 

  • A keen curiosity in the business and economic environment, how businesses work and generate value
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degrees across: Commerce/Finance/Accounting/Computer Science/Law 
  • MS Office skills (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word) – advanced excel or other programming skills advantageous
