The Business
This business started four years ago with an empty factory. Since then, our strategy has evolved and so has our facility, and today it is on track to generating $25m+ in sales, employing 50+ people, and growing at 30-40% pa.
We develop and manufacture custom modular homes. We are creating bespoke living solutions for various markets using modern methods of construction. Our vision is to deliver quality custom homes at a competitive price for all homebuyers, from entry level through luxury. We aim to provide a roof over 4000 people over the next five years.

The Role
This role will form part of our team of roofers. Tools will be supplied, and work is at our factory in Brendale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Roofing and cladding of modular homes
- Precision measurement
- Quality control
- Blueprint/plan interpretation
- Safety and compliance
This is an important role and requires an open mind and willingness to learn. For the right candidate, we are offering a market-related package plus attractive short-term incentives. This role reports to the Production Manager and will be based in Brendale, Brisbane.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone passionate about building a class-leading Australian manufacturing business in a growing market.
You will likely have the following background:
- Experience as a Metal roofer on residential new builds and renovations.
- Flashing and trims experience required.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and installations, maintaining high standards of quality whilst working safely.
- Problem-solving skills, both independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills and an eye for detail.
You will have an ownership mentality to do what is right and not easy. You will be self-confident and able to build lasting relationships built on clear communication and trust. You will be a person that strives for improvement every day. You will have a strong bias to get things done.
