IRT Roofing established in 2002 and based in Capalaba is a family owned roofing and wall cladding company.   We are looking for a talented Full-Time Maintenance Professional to head our maintenance and Minor works team. We are looking for an all-rounded roofer with experience in commercial, industrial, and residential roofing and gutters. 

The role:

This is an 80% on the tools installation role and 20% measuring, scheduling and working with the management team on production. The applicant must have great communications skills and have the ability to manage multiple jobs and tasks.

Essentials:

·         Minimum 10 years of roofing industry experience including 3 years in a similar role

·         Possess effective scheduling, planning and resource allocation skills

·         The ability to measure and order all elements of roofing  

·         Strong ability to deliver outstanding customer service and communication skills

·         Strong technical skills with the ability to use technology as part of daily operations

·         Excellent time management

·         Excellent Problem Solving Skills

·         Be prepared to travel if and when required.

 Duties:

·         Work on the tools to complete maintenance and small works packages

·         Schedule labour requirements for upcoming jobs

·         Ordering all materials required for jobs

·         Measure all elements of roofing

·         Liaising with suppliers for scheduling, procurement and installation

·         Implement site safety procedures and systems

This is a secure Full-Time position.

$100,000 pa + Company Vehicle + Mobile Phone +iPad.
