Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced M365 Architect who is also an accomplished Developer to join our team as a hands-on Microsoft SoftwareEngineering Manager. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys leading development projects, and thrives in managing a team of talented developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of full-stack Microsoft software solutions. Having said this the role has a very clear M365 aspect to it. The successful candidate will require a depth of experience within the M365 ecosystem.
- Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality software development.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Lead both front-end and back-end development for our projects.
- Ensure the best practices and architectural guidelines are followed during the development process.
- Lead code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to enhance application performance.
- Manage and prioritize the workflow of development tasks.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the development team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as both an Architect and Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Proven experience across the entire Microsoft M365 ecosystem. Please do not apply if you do not have this depth of experience.
- At least 3 current Microsoft certifications. Particularly in relation to M365 Administrator and M365 Architect. WITHOUT THESE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
- It is essential that you are proficient in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft App Fabric and SQL Server.
- Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks like Angular or React.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in managing scalable cloud-based applications.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
