The company has a modern stack of Microsoft D365 technologies and invest heavily in technology as a strategic enabler. This role will be a permanent role based at their headquarters in Macquarie Park. There will be parking on-site provided for the successful candidate, or alternatively their office is walking distance from all major public transport links. This is particularly the case with this role, which will work across various business streams and partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Your New Role:

You'll:

• Lead and participate in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment;
• Develop customizations and extensions using X++ and other development tools to meet specific business requirements. Design and implement integrations with other systems using APIs and data migration tools;
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to design and develop scalable and efficient solutions that leverage the capabilities of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform;
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve the performance and scalability of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions;
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations;
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions as needed;
• Create technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical staff as needed;
• Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Microsoft technologies, and related areas; and
• Continuously improve technical skills through self-learning and training programs.

Your background and experience:

• Demonstrated experience (3+ years) working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development;
• Extensive experience with X++ development, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure services;
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations architecture, data model, and customization capabilities;
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer) is preferred; and
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
