Data#3 is seeking a skilled and experienced professional with expertise in Microsoft Intune to join our team as a Consultant. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and deploying effective and efficient solutions for our clients, focusing on Microsoft Intune technologies.

In this role you will:

  • Lead in architecting and designing Microsoft Intune solutions to meet client's business needs.
  • Assist with providing technical expertise and guidance in pre-sales activities related to Intune deployments.
  • Develop technical documentation including high-level, detailed solution designs, migration plans and build documentation.
  • Configure and deploy Intune functionality and components specific to requirements to ensure successful project implementations
  • Assist with delivery aspects such as change management, risk management, and traceability of deliverables.
  • Serve as a senior technical contact for Microsoft Intune engagements, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Mentor and coach junior resources, sharing your expertise in Microsoft Intune.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of Microsoft Intune solutions within existing and new client relationships.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior technical roles, including 3 years within a System Integrator environment.
  • Proven experience in solution-selling environments and expertise in writing technical documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Intune and  Endpoint Configuration Manager deployments across corporate and BYOD devices, including associated management.
  • Strong proficiency in technologies that accompany Intune deployments such as Entra ID
  • Familiarity with the Essential Eight maturity model and alignment with Intune capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Ability to analyse project requirements, develop proposals, and estimate project costs.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary education preferred, with a degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Intune or related technologies.
